Who operates the app
Future Baby AI is offered by Tobias Bystrek. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, contact tunamal.developer@gmail.com. This notice describes the redesigned version 3.0. AI baby images are fictional entertainment illustrations, not genetic, medical or real-world predictions.
Photos and your choice
You choose two portraits and confirm photo-processing consent before a creation starts. Use only photos you have permission to use. Face detection and image preparation run on your device. The app checks that a portrait contains one face, reduces its size and removes embedded location metadata. It does not build or store a biometric face template for identification. The portraits are then uploaded to Google Firebase and sent to NanoBanana to create the requested AI image. Choosing a photo alone does not send it to NanoBanana. Processing a creation requires these transfers; you can choose not to start.
Providers and international processing
Google Firebase provides anonymous authentication, App Check, cloud functions, database and image storage. The generation backend runs in Google's us-central1 region. NanoBanana (nanobananaapi.ai) processes the portrait images and the fixed generation instruction. Apple handles App Store payments and device attestation. These services can process data outside your country, including in the United States. Provider terms also apply. NanoBanana is operated by NEXUSAI SERVICES LLC; its published terms permit processing submitted content to run and improve its services. The app does not sell your photos or send them to advertising analytics.
Storage and deletion
Parent portraits in our storage are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours. Generated results are kept for up to 30 days to allow collection; the cleanup job runs every 30 minutes. Saved drafts and gallery images are protected locally and excluded from device backups; they remain until you remove them. Copies you save to Photos or share through another app are controlled by those destinations. NanoBanana's account notice states that media is retained for 14 days and logs for 6 months. Removing images in Future Baby AI removes local app images and images in our storage; it does not promise immediate deletion from NanoBanana after processing has started. Purchases and necessary service records
We use an anonymous Firebase user ID, an app account token, Apple-verified transaction identifiers and entitlement state to deliver purchases, prevent duplicate credit use, handle refunds and recover failed generations. Purchase records contain product, environment, transaction time, currency and the amount reported by Apple. Sandbox transactions are excluded from production revenue. Minimal billing and anti-replay records are kept separately from images for purchase validation, refunds and fraud prevention; the in-app image-removal command does not erase them. App Check validates legitimate requests. We do not receive your payment-card details from Apple.
Optional analytics and feedback
Usage analytics is off by default and can be changed in Privacy & settings. If enabled, Firebase Analytics receives app events such as onboarding progress, photo-upload steps, paywall display, purchases, generation completion, saving, sharing and review-prompt requests, together with app version, language, storefront country, experiment group and relevant product or transaction amount. Firebase also processes technical app-instance and device information for analytics. Photos, face templates, signed photo URLs and purchase-verification payloads are excluded from our analytics events. Advertising consent is denied and advertising/IDFV collection is disabled. Turning analytics off stops future optional collection. A voluntary 1–5 feedback score is sent to our Firebase backend when you submit it, even if usage analytics is off; feedback records expire after 90 days. App Store reviews use Apple's native review request and are independent of your feedback score. We cannot see whether the system dialog appeared or which public rating you gave.
Your controls
You can withdraw photo-processing consent for future creations, leave analytics disabled, remove app images, decline feedback and decide whether to save or share a result. You can contact support to request information, correction or deletion of data associated with your app account, subject to necessary purchase and security records. Processing that has already finished cannot be undone. You may have additional privacy rights under the law where you live, including the right to contact a supervisory authority. Optional analytics and photo processing are based on your choices; necessary purchase delivery and security records support the service you request.
